Adash A4910 LUBRI Lubrication and Vibration Analyzer Kit
How the lubrication measurement works
- Attach the accelerometer to the bearing housing.
- Start the vibration measurement.
- Begin adding grease.
- Watch the bearing acceleration value.
- As lubrication improves, vibration should decrease.
- When the vibration stops decreasing significantly, the bearing is considered adequately lubricated.
This approach helps avoid both under-greasing and over-greasing, potentially extending bearing life and reducing lubricant consumption.
A4910 LUBRI Kit contents
The kit configuration typically includes:
- A4910 LUBRI instrument
- Lubrication/bearing-condition accelerometer
- Magnetic sensor base
- Coiled sensor cable
- Industrial headphones
- Grease-gun mount
- 2 × AA batteries
Adash’s manual confirms the instrument, sensor, magnet, coiled cable, earphones, batteries and grease-pump/grease-nipple holder as the kit components.

Current vs. older specification
One important point when purchasing a used or older A4910: there are different hardware revisions. Adash lists an older A4910 version through February 2024, while its current product page specifies a 2.2-inch color TFT display and rechargeable Li-Ion battery with USB-C charging, 16-hour continuous operation.
An older A4910 specification lists a 1.5-inch OLED display and AA batteries, so the exact specifications should be checked against the instrument’s production/version information.
DDS software
The A4910 can transfer measurements to Adash DDS for machine routes, data storage and vibration trending. The DDS Free version supports the A4910, although it has a limited database size; paid DDS versions provide larger/unlimited databases depending on the license.
Best suited for: rotating-equipment maintenance, motors, pumps, fans, compressors, conveyors and other machinery where bearing lubrication and basic vibration condition monitoring are important.
